Phipps Luxury Homes was established in 1989 by Michael P.
Phipps, its owner and president. Mike Phipps has been in the
residential and commercial construction business in the Dallas
area since 1970. As a General Contractor, Mike established
himself as one of Dallas’ prominent home builders during the
1980s and continued to expand into light commercial, upper end
remodeling and pool construction in the 1990s. During his 30
years of construction, he has built in Oklahoma, Tennessee,
Georgia and North Carolina in addition to some of the most
prestigious subdivisions of Dallas. Mike has been a featured
builder in several of the Dallas metroplex Parade of Homes,
winning numerous awards for quality and design. He holds
memberships in the Dallas Home Builders Association, the
Associated General Contractors, the National Spa and Pool
Institute and has been a member in good standing in the Better
Business Bureau for over ten years.
